  Had an appointment for 5:30 today with Sherry, and go in to a guy who tell me to take his card because he's booked all day and that he's the only one there.
  
  I'm not going to make another appointment if they wouldn't honor the first one. Waste of my time. From the reviews it seemed they give some good cuts(why I don't want to give just 1 star) but seriously lack in customer service, which after my experience makes complete sense.
